How to get a ClickBank refund

Who handles the refund?

ClickBank is the retailer for the products sold on its marketplace. Your card statement shows a charge starting with CLKBANK*, and ClickBank's order support at clkbank.com is where you look up the order and ask for your money back.

How long do you have?

Most products we have checked show a 60-day return window on the ClickBank order form. Some offer longer, for example 90 days. The exact window for your purchase is stated on the order form and in your receipt email, and each DoseAudit review lists it in the refund box.

What are the steps?

1. Find the receipt email. Search your inbox for "ClickBank". The email has your order number.
2. Open clkbank.com. Look up the order with the email address you used and the order number.
3. Choose refund. Ask for a refund in writing, not only "contact vendor", and keep the ticket number.
4. For physical products, ask whether the bottles must be returned and to which address. Some sellers refund only unopened or unused items, and return shipping is usually on you.
5. Cancel any repeat shipment in the same ticket if you were signed up for auto-ship, so the next box is not charged before the refund arrives.

Do extra offers need separate refunds?

Often, yes. Extra offers accepted after checkout can appear as separate orders. Check your receipts and list every order number in your request.

What if nothing happens?

Reply on the same ticket with your order numbers and the date of your first request. As a last step you can contact your card issuer, but try ClickBank support first: a chargeback usually closes the ClickBank case.
