Is Peak BioBoost worth it?
Worth a look (5.1/10). Peak BioBoost is a fiber powder built from four prebiotics plus a small amount of magnesium, and unlike many supplement pages it shows the actual supplement facts label. The label lists an 8 g "Prebiotic Blend" without a per-ingredient split, so you cannot tell whether the xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS) that the page sells as the star is at the 3 to 10 g doses tested in a constipation trial. Prebiotic fibers are a reasonable idea, but the "93% success rate" style claims and the mixed guarantee wording deserve caution. At $30 to $50 a month it costs more than plain fiber.
What we liked
- The actual supplement facts label is shown on the page
- Four named prebiotics with some human research behind the class
- A named founder and a named vendor address
- Free US shipping on the 6 tub pack
- Money-back guarantee of at least 3 months
What we didn't
- The 8 g blend does not show how much XOS, inulin, FOS or acacia is in it
- Guarantee window is stated as both 3 and 6 months
- $45 to $50 a month for a single tub, $9.95 shipping on the one-time option
- Claims of a 93% success rate and wide immune benefits are not sourced
- Return shipping is at your cost
What is Peak BioBoost?
Peak BioBoost is a flavorless powder meant to be stirred into coffee, tea, a smoothie or water. One 8.25 g scoop a day is the suggested start, with up to two scoops if you need more. A tub has 30 servings. The label lists inulin (from Jerusalem artichoke), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), acacia gum and XOS, together called a prebiotic blend, plus 40 mg of magnesium as magnesium citrate.
The pitch is written by a founder named Jeremy and centers on "ghost fiber", a flavorless fiber you cannot taste, for people who want regular, comfortable bowel movements. It leans on stories, a naturopathic doctor's endorsement and a Mayo Clinic logo.
It is sold through Digistore24 with a vendor called Peak Biome, and you can choose a subscription. The 6 tub order comes with a free dessert cookbook.
Format: Flavorless prebiotic fiber powder with magnesium, 30 scoops per tub, 1 scoop a day. Sold by: Peak Biome (sold through Digistore24).
What is on the Peak BioBoost label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
The label states the blend total (8 g per scoop, 7 g of dietary fiber) and magnesium, but four fibers share the 8 g with no individual amounts.
Do the Peak BioBoost claims hold up?
"XOS has been shown to relieve constipation with a 93% success rate"
We could not trace a 93% figure to a single trial. A randomized trial did find symptom gains with 3 to 10 g of XOS a day for a month, but at those doses XOS would take most or all of the 8 g blend.
"Peak BioBoost is the most effective solution you can buy"
No head-to-head test against other fibers is shown. "Most effective" is a sales statement, not a finding.
"Doctors at Mayo Clinic recently warned..." (with the Mayo Clinic logo)
The logo suggests a link to the clinic. The page presents a general warning about laxatives, not an endorsement of this product.
"100,000+ customers" and "licensed naturopathic physician recommends it"
Neither can be checked from the page. The testimonials are first-name quotes, and one physician is named without a license number.
How much does Peak BioBoost really cost?
| Option | Total | Per month | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 tub, one-time | $49.95 | $49.95 | $9.95 in the US |
| 1 tub, Subscribe & Save (every 30 days) | $44.95 | $44.95 | Free in the US |
| 3 tubs | $119.85 | $39.95 | $9.95 in the US |
| 6 tubs | $179.70 | $29.95 | Free in the US |
One tub is $49.95 as a one-time purchase, or $44.95 a tub on Subscribe & Save with free US shipping. One tub lasts 30 days, so the monthly cost is $45 to $50 plus $9.95 shipping on the one-time option. The 3 tub pack is $119.85 ($39.95 a month) plus $9.95 shipping, and the 6 tub pack is $179.70 ($29.95 a month) with free US shipping.
That makes the 6 tub pack cost per month about 40% below a single tub, but it needs $179.70 up front. If a person is not sure they tolerate it, one tub is the safer test, and the subscription should be cancelled before the next 30-day shipment if you do not want more.
All prices above are in US dollars from the sales page and the Digistore24 form for the 6 tub pack, which shows $179.70 with no shipping charge. The free dessert cookbook that comes with 6 tubs does not change the value of the fiber.
The page lists $9.95 US shipping on the 1 and 3 tub options and free US shipping on the 6 tub pack and on the subscription (international $14.95 on the subscription). Delivery is by FedEx or UPS, 5 to 7 business days in the US and Canada, 8 to 15 elsewhere.
Can you get a refund on Peak BioBoost?
90-day window. The order form is Digistore24 and does not state a window. The sales page promises a 3-month money-back guarantee next to every price box, but its closing pitch and a badge say 6 months, so the two are inconsistent. We use the shorter, 90 days. The refund policy says to return unopened bottles at your own shipping cost.
Step by step: find the Digistore24 order confirmation email, open Digistore24 support and look up the order at digistore24.com/support and ask for a refund in writing. Our Digistore24 refund guide covers returns, extra offers and auto-ship.
Which red flags did we find?
- Blend amounts hiddenFour fibers share 8 g and the label does not split them. The page stresses "the right amounts" but never prints them.
- Guarantee is 3 months in some places and 6 in othersPrice boxes say 3-month, the closing pitch says 6-month and a seal shows 180 days. Get the window in writing.
- Urgency wording"Before we either run out or stop this promotion" and "protection from out of stocks" push you to the 6 tub pack.
- Subscription optionThe cheapest single tub price is Subscribe & Save, which ships a tub every 30 days until you cancel.
- Strong all-caps health promises"Perfect poops in just a few short days" and claims that it reduces allergies and increases immunity go well beyond the label.
Who should buy Peak BioBoost, and who should skip it?
It may suit you if
- You want to try a flavorless prebiotic powder and are comfortable with a clearly printed 8 g blend even though the split is hidden.
- You will start with one scoop and can use a money-back guarantee if it does not agree with you.
Skip it if
- You have a gut condition, unexplained changes in bowel habit or blood in the stool. See a doctor first, not a powder.
- You are sensitive to inulin or FOS, or follow a low-FODMAP diet. These fibers are known to cause gas in some people.
- You want the cheapest fiber. Plain fibers cost far less per month than $30 to $50.

Peak BioBoost FAQ
Is Peak BioBoost legit?
It is a real product from a named company with a printed supplement facts label and a money-back guarantee. The weak points are the hidden split inside the 8 g blend, unsourced claims such as a 93% success rate and a guarantee that is 3 months in some places and 6 in others.
How much does Peak BioBoost cost per month?
A single tub is $49.95, or $44.95 on subscription, and lasts 30 days. Three tubs are $119.85 ($39.95 a month) and six tubs are $179.70 ($29.95 a month). One-time single and 3 tub orders add $9.95 shipping in the US.
What are Peak BioBoost side effects?
The page says prebiotics are considered very safe. Fibers such as inulin and FOS can cause gas, bloating or loose stools in some people, especially at higher amounts, so the page advises starting with one scoop a day.
How do I get a Peak BioBoost refund?
Contact the vendor within the guarantee window, which the page states as 3 months in most places, then return the bottles, unopened where the policy asks, to the Ohio address at your cost. For payment problems use Digistore24 support.
What is in Peak BioBoost?
Per scoop: an 8 g prebiotic blend of inulin from Jerusalem artichoke, FOS, acacia gum and XOS, plus 40 mg of magnesium as magnesium citrate. The amounts of each fiber are not listed.
