Is All Day Slimming Tea worth it?
Doesn't add up (3.8/10). All Day Slimming Tea is two blends: a morning tea (green and oolong tea, ginseng, garcinia and others) and an evening tea built on senna, a stimulant laxative, with licorice, fennel and others. Neither blend has an amount for any herb. The page promises it will help you burn fat around the clock, block fat storage and detox, none of which is shown by research on this tea. The proof offered is a set of before-and-after testimonial photos and a WebMD logo, which we cannot verify, and the page's references include blogs and a news-aggregator opinion piece. The 60-day refund is real but shorter than most in this group. Senna and licorice need caution, and the evening tea is not meant for long-term use.
What we liked

- Free delivery on 3 and 6-month packages
What we didn't
- No amount for any herb
- Evening tea contains senna
- Weight-loss claims are unsupported
- Unverifiable testimonials and a WebMD logo
- Shorter refund than others in this group
What is All Day Slimming Tea?
All Day Slimming Tea is a two-part herbal tea. The Morning Energy Tea lists green tea, oolong tea, orange peel, lemongrass, ginger, dandelion leaf, ginseng root, garcinia cambogia, monk fruit and flavouring.
The Evening Detox Tea lists senna leaves, licorice root, peppermint leaves, fennel fruit, orange peel, cinnamon bark, dandelion leaves, lemongrass, ginger, monk fruit and honey and lemon flavouring.
The page tells you to drink it daily, ideally for 3 to 6 months, and sells 2, 3 or 6-month supplies. It says the recipe comes from the Nicoya peninsula in Costa Rica. This version is aimed at UK buyers.
Format: Two herbal teas in tea-bag pouches: a Morning Energy Tea and an Evening Detox Tea (the pouch image shows 30 tea bags each). Sold by: All Day Slimming Tea (sold through ClickBank); the page says it ships from a UK warehouse and names no company or address.
What is on the All Day Slimming Tea label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
Neither tea shows an amount per bag or per herb. The page does not state how many bags to drink, only that 3 cups of the morning tea are used in testimonials.
Do the All Day Slimming Tea claims hold up?
The herbs 'can help your body burn fat 24 hours a day' and 'block fat production and storage'
No trial of this tea is cited. Individual herbs have small, mixed effects on weight at specific doses.
Evening tea helps 'detox' and sleep better
'Detox' is not a measured outcome. Senna has a laxative effect, which can be mistaken for weight loss.
Testimonials such as nearly 2 stone lost in 5 weeks, with before-and-after photos
Results of this size are well above typical tea studies, and the photos and 'verified purchase' labels cannot be checked.
A Costa Rican 'blue zone' recipe from Nicoya
Blue zone research concerns whole-diet and lifestyle patterns, not this tea.
Tested in 'independent laboratories' for purity and potency
No lab, report or certificate is shown.
