Is Faithful Fasting Formula worth it?
Worth a look (4.5/10). Faithful Fasting Formula wraps a fairly ordinary appetite-and-metabolism blend in an elaborate origin story about a blind monk and a secret monastic mixture. None of the nine plant ingredients or the added mineral blend list an amount, so there is no way to check the formula against research. Worse, the lead ingredient's own cited effect, appetite suppression from Caralluma fimbriata, failed to beat a placebo in a randomized trial at a full 1 gram daily dose. The sales page also advertises a 180-day guarantee that the real ClickBank order form does not honor. At $39 to $69 a month depending on commitment, you are funding a faith-based marketing story more than a verified formula.
What we liked
- Named company and a named formulator, more transparency than an anonymous "doctor"
- 60-day refund through ClickBank, the standard, enforceable window
- Ingredients are at least named at the plant level, not entirely proprietary code names
- Clear one-bottle-per-month serving size (2 capsules a day, 60 per bottle)
What we didn't
- No milligram amount for any of the nine ingredients or the mineral blend
- The one ingredient with a directly relevant trial (Caralluma) failed to beat placebo at double the usual dose
- Advertised 180-day / six-month guarantee is not what the ClickBank order form provides
- "Free shipping" claim did not hold on the 3-bottle order form in our test
- Marketing narrative (blind monk, secret monastery mixture) cannot be verified and is not a substitute for evidence
What is Faithful Fasting Formula?
Faithful Fasting Formula is a capsule supplement sold by My Temple Supplements, a company whose sales page frames the product around Biblical fasting. The pitch is built as a long testimonial: the seller, Christopher Gyorgy, describes a personal tragedy, a pilgrimage, and a blind monk who shared a herbal mixture used to make fasting easier. A company chemist, described as 'Dr. Agnes D'Souza, Chief Scientist' with no further credentials given, is credited with turning that story into the finished capsule.
The label lists nine active botanicals: Caralluma Fimbriata, Eleuthero Extract, St Mary's Thistle, Salacia Oblonga, Cayenne Pepper Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Gymnema Sylvestre and Griffonia Simplicifolia, plus an unnamed 'blend of unique minerals' the page says boosts potency and helps sleep. The page claims it eases hunger and physical strain during fasting, supports blood sugar, and by extension deepens prayer and spiritual focus. Two capsules are taken each morning, and a bottle of 60 capsules lasts 30 days.
It is sold through ClickBank, which appears on the card statement and processes refunds. The page also promises that 10% of proceeds go to a children's charity, a claim we could not verify beyond the page's own statement.
Format: Capsule supplement, 60 capsules per bottle, 2 a day. Sold by: My Temple Supplements (sold through ClickBank).
What is on the Faithful Fasting Formula label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
Every one of the nine listed ingredients, plus the mineral blend, appears with no milligram amount anywhere on the sales page. There is no supplement facts panel visible on the page itself, so the full label could not be checked at all, only the ingredient names the copy provides.
Do the Faithful Fasting Formula claims hold up?
Caralluma Fimbriata has "potent appetite-suppressing properties" that help you fast
A 2015 randomized, placebo-controlled trial gave overweight and obese adults 1 g/day of Caralluma fimbriata extract, double the typical studied dose, for 12 weeks. It found no significant difference from placebo in weight, BMI, waist size or appetite.
"The only supplement specifically designed to support Biblical fasting"
This is a marketing claim, not a testable clinical one. No trial of this formula, or of fasting supplementation generally, is cited or found.
Backed by a "Six-Month" / "180-Day Money Back Guarantee"
The ClickBank order form we opened for every bundle states a 60-day return or replacement window, which is the binding contract for the purchase.
"Doctor-formulated" via Chief Scientist Dr. Agnes D'Souza, "an expert herbalist for 30 years"
A name is given, which is better than an anonymous doctor claim, but no institution, license, or publication is provided to verify the credential.
How much does Faithful Fasting Formula really cost?
| Option | Total | Per month | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle (1 month) | $68.95 | $68.95 | $9.95 added at checkout |
| 3 bottles (3 months) | $156.95 | $52.32 | $9.95 added at checkout, despite the sales page promising free US shipping on this bundle |
| 6 bottles (6 months) | $234 | $39 | Free in the US |
The sales page offers three options: one bottle for $59, three bottles for $147, and six bottles for $234, positioned as GOOD VALUE, GREAT VALUE and BEST VALUE. On the actual ClickBank order form, though, the one-bottle and three-bottle checkouts add a $9.95 charge on top, bringing the real totals to $68.95 and $156.95. Only the six-bottle order showed no added fee, landing at exactly $234.
Per month of use, that works out to $68.95 for one bottle, about $52.32 a month for the three-bottle plan, and $39 a month for the six-bottle plan. The three free ebook bonuses (valued at $29 each) only come with the 3 or 6 bottle orders.
10% of proceeds are said to go to a children's charity, a detail we could not verify independently, and it does not change the price you pay.
The sales page says orders of 3 or 6 bottles ship free in the US. The ClickBank order form we opened for the 3-bottle bundle still added a $9.95 charge on top of the $147 subtotal; only the 6-bottle order form showed no added fee.
Can you get a refund on Faithful Fasting Formula?
60-day window. The sales page repeats a 'Six-Month Money-Back Guarantee' and a '180-Day Money Back Guarantee' throughout the letter and even in the FAQ. The actual ClickBank order form, the contract you sign at checkout, states a 60-day return or replacement window. We used the order form's 60 days because that is what ClickBank will honor.
Step by step: find the ClickBank receipt email, look up the order at clkbank.com and ask for a refund in writing. Our ClickBank refund guide covers returns, extra offers and auto-ship.
Which red flags did we find?
- Every ingredient amount is hiddenNone of the nine botanicals or the mineral blend lists a milligram amount anywhere on the page.
- Lead ingredient failed its own trialThe Caralluma fimbriata trial we found used double the common dose and still matched placebo on weight, waist size and appetite.
- Refund window overstatedThe page advertises 180 days / six months; the ClickBank order form that actually governs the purchase says 60 days.
- "Free shipping" not honored on the 3-bottle order formThe sales page promises free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottle orders, but the 3-bottle ClickBank order form still added a $9.95 charge.
- Elaborate unverifiable origin storyThe blind monk and monastery narrative cannot be confirmed and is used to justify the formula rather than any disclosed research.
Who should buy Faithful Fasting Formula, and who should skip it?
It may suit you if
- You already practice religious fasting, like the framing, and are comfortable spending $39 to $69 a month on an unverified formula.
- You mainly want the three bonus ebooks on fasting and prayer and are fine treating the capsules as a secondary extra.
Skip it if
- You want ingredient amounts you can compare against research; none are given here.
- You are relying on the 180-day guarantee advertised on the sales page; the order form only honors 60 days.
- You have diabetes or take blood-sugar medication. Several ingredients (Salacia, Gymnema, St Mary's Thistle) affect glucose and could interact with treatment; talk to a doctor first.

Faithful Fasting Formula FAQ
Is Faithful Fasting Formula legit?
It is a real product sold through My Temple Supplements via ClickBank, so purchases and refunds go through ClickBank's system. The concerns are about the marketing: every ingredient amount is hidden, and the advertised 180-day guarantee does not match the 60-day window on the actual order form.
How much does Faithful Fasting Formula cost?
One bottle (a 30-day supply) totals $68.95 with shipping. Three bottles total $156.95, and six bottles total $234, working out to roughly $39 to $69 per month depending on the bundle.
Does Faithful Fasting Formula have side effects?
The page states no known side effects, but several ingredients (Salacia Oblonga, Gymnema Sylvestre, St Mary's Thistle) affect blood sugar and liver processing, and Griffonia Simplicifolia raises serotonin precursors. Anyone on diabetes or mood medication should check with a doctor before use.
How do I get a Faithful Fasting Formula refund?
Use the ClickBank receipt email to find your order number, then request a refund at clkbank.com within 60 days of purchase, which is the window stated on the order form regardless of what the sales page advertises.
What is actually in Faithful Fasting Formula?
Nine botanicals, Caralluma Fimbriata, Eleuthero, St Mary's Thistle, Salacia Oblonga, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Gymnema Sylvestre and Griffonia Simplicifolia, plus an unnamed mineral blend. No milligram amounts are published for any of them.
