Worth a look (4.9/10). KetoFlow is a reasonable idea in a crowded category: an app that builds keto meal plans, scans food photos and tracks fasting. The pricing is clear on the order form and the 60-day refund is a real safety net. But the page sells transformation stories, an AI 'future body' image and 'a keto solution that works', none of which is backed by a study of the app. The AI features also draw on a FlowCoins balance, so the $20 may not be the whole cost of heavy use. Try it only if you are a healthy adult, and keep the refund date in your calendar.

What is KetoFlow (AI Keto Companion)?
KetoFlow is a web app that calls itself an AI keto companion. The sales page describes weekly meal plans built around your preferences, a photo scanner that checks whether a food fits keto, a chat coach for questions such as plateaus and 'keto flu', and a fasting tracker that shows which phase you are in. A feature called Dream Me takes your photo and generates an image of how you might look after months of following the plan.
The page is a long persuasion letter. It opens with a quiz-style 'are we right for each other' section, tells you the problem is doing keto without guidance, and pushes urgency with lines such as 'every day you wait is another day feeling stuck'. Three plans are shown: Monthly Pro at $20, Yearly Pro at $192 (about $16 a month) and a one-time 'Mega Deal' at $600.
Inside the app, the AI tools are metered by FlowCoins, an in-app balance that you earn through daily check-ins or top up by paying. The plans list bonus coins (70 for Monthly, 900 for Yearly, 8,000 for the one-time plan). The sales page calls the tools 'all AI features', but the app text we read refers to running out of coins when generating a recipe, a meal plan or starting a fast.

No study, trial or user data for KetoFlow is shown. The page says keto has '100+ years of research behind it', which describes the diet in general, not this app. A scoping review of symptoms in the first weeks of a ketogenic diet reports that side effects are common, so results and comfort vary a lot from person to person.

The image is generated by AI from your photo. The app's own disclaimer says the body analysis and transformation features are estimates based on visual analysis, are for motivational purposes only and may vary in accuracy. It is a picture, not a forecast.

The disclaimer admits the AI cannot assess your medical history, may contain errors and provides general recommendations, not personalized medical advice. That is quite different from a coach that 'breaks through plateaus'.
Built on science, with a 60-day money-back guarantee so there is 'no risk'
The guarantee is real on the Digistore24 order form, so the money risk is limited to 60 days. The 'science' line has no citation for the app. The only source shown on the page is an American Diabetes Association cost-of-diabetes figure used to create urgency.

The verified checkout for this product is a monthly subscription. The Digistore24 order form for product 633088, checked on 25 September 2026 from a US address, showed $21.65 a month, which is the $20 price plus sales tax, cancellable monthly. The sales page also shows a $192 yearly plan (about $16 a month) and a $600 one-time plan.
Because the AI tools are metered by FlowCoins, the true cost depends on how often you generate plans, scan photos or start fasts. The monthly plan includes 70 bonus coins. We could not find a page that says how many coins a meal plan or a scan uses, so we cannot work out a real monthly figure. Cancel before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
Nothing is shipped. KetoFlow is used in a browser or as an installable web app after you create an account.

Which red flags did we find?
- Coin balance behind 'all features'Plans say full access to AI features, yet the app refers to running out of FlowCoins for analysis, recipes, meal plans and fasting sessions and offers top-ups. Ask what a normal month of use really costs before you commit.
- Seller barely identifiedThe Digistore24 listing shows an account name (HoK-Group) and the site brand KetoFlow. We found no postal address, company name or named founder on the page.
- Pressure and transformation copyThe page leans on regret and urgency ('six months from now you'll either be celebrating your transformation or wishing you had started today') and shows before and after style images that are AI-made.
- Risky for some groupsThe app's own disclaimer lists diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, pregnancy and people on medications as reasons to see a doctor first. A 2026 review in Annals of Medicine is titled 'The ketogenic diet is not for everyone', covering contraindications, side effects and drug interactions.
- Very large one-time priceThe one-time plan costs $600, which is 30 months of the monthly plan. The $600 tier is not the product we could verify at checkout, so check the exact plan and billing terms on the order form.
