The ingredients are cheap food-store herbs, so the value is in the ratios and recipes. The page speaks about detoxing the liver and "shrinking fat cells" as if these were established. They are not. A healthy liver and kidneys already clear waste, and no tea has been shown to do it faster.

Do the The Medicinal Red Tea Detox claims hold up?
Dandelion "strips away up to 7 pounds of trapped water weight" and erases belly bloat overnight
The human data we found is a one-day pilot in 17 volunteers who took a dandelion leaf extract and passed urine more often after the first two doses, with no effect after the third. The authors called for further studies. Nothing supports a 7-pound loss overnight, and a diuretic loses water, not fat.
Cinnamon is "one of the most potent natural insulin stabilizers on earth" that keeps fat storage "locked out"
