Is MindSilence worth it?
Doesn't add up (3.6/10). MindSilence publishes a full supplement label with a real company name and address, which is more than many products of this type do. The pitch on top of it is far weaker: a retired teacher's story, an unnamed Dr. M, and a theory that microplastics and low GABA cause tinnitus, with no study on the capsule and independent reviews of two of its ingredients finding no proven benefit for tinnitus. At $79 to $89 for a first month, with countdown pressure and refund terms that contradict each other, we would treat it as an expensive general supplement and see a hearing professional for the ringing.

What is MindSilence?
MindSilence is a once-a-day capsule marketed for tinnitus, the ringing or buzzing in the ears. The sales page is a long letter told by "Gary Malone", a retired teacher who says he traveled to Kyoto and met an unnamed "Dr. M", who gave him a formula. The letter says tinnitus is a brainstem problem caused by microplastics and a shortage of GABA, and that seven ingredients clear the microplastics and restore GABA.
The label calls it "Ear and Brain Health Support" and lists seven ingredients: vitamin B6, zinc, ginkgo, a four-strain probiotic, taurine, passion flower and valerian. A bottle holds 30 capsules and the dose is one a day. The label names Nutraville Pte Ltd of Austin, Texas as the company.
There is a real basis for part of the story: some tinnitus research does look at how the brain's auditory pathways behave after hearing damage. What the page does not show is any study in which people took this capsule, or these amounts, and had less ringing. Tinnitus can also be linked to hearing loss, earwax, medicines, blood pressure and other treatable causes, so persistent ringing deserves a proper hearing test.

What is on the MindSilence label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
Unusually for this type of product every ingredient has a stated amount, but the amounts are small, and the vitamin, zinc and herb doses are not tied to any trial on tinnitus.
Do the MindSilence claims hold up?

Research on the brain's role in tinnitus is real, but it is early and often done in animals. Tinnitus has several causes, hearing loss is a common one, and the page's own audiologist story calls the condition complex. No study links the capsule to those cells.
Microplastics in the brainstem trigger tinnitus, and the formula flushes them out
The page names no study showing microplastics cause tinnitus and none showing these capsules remove them. The reference section did not appear in the text we retrieved.
Seven ingredients with "rock-solid" science for tinnitus relief
Independent reviews we opened found no evidence for zinc and only uncertain, low-certainty evidence for ginkgo in tinnitus. The other five have no tinnitus trial cited.
Most people notice the ringing begin to fade within a few weeks
No trial or measured outcome supports this. The 4.75-star rating and "4,347+ reviews" are shown by the seller's own order form.
How much does MindSilence really cost?

The sales page lists three packs: 1 bottle at $69, 3 bottles at $177 ($59 each) and 6 bottles at $294 ($49 each), against printed "regular prices" of $99 or more and $149.99 a bottle. The 1-bottle and 3-bottle packs add $9.99 shipping on the page, which makes the entry price $78.99. The order form we opened showed $19.99 shipping, a $88.99 total. The 6-bottle pack ships free.
With one capsule a day, a bottle lasts 30 days, so a month costs about $79 to $89 for the trial pack and $49 a month if you commit to six bottles. The page says nearly all of its best success stories come from the 6-bottle package and that the effect needs three to six months, so the cheapest way to buy is also the largest commitment up front.
The crossed-out prices, the "first 500 orders" wording and the countdown are pressure tools. Treat $99 as an anchor rather than the real price. A free report and an audio soundscape are advertised as gifts and do not change the cost.
The sales page adds $9.99 shipping to the 1-bottle and 3-bottle packs and ships the 6-bottle pack free. The Digistore24 order form for the 1-bottle pack that we opened on 29 September 2026 showed $19.99 shipping and a $88.99 total, and the shipping policy page separately says the purchase price includes shipping. Check the total at the bottom of the form before paying. The shipping page gives 5 to 7 business days in the US after 3 to 5 days of processing, and 12 to 18 business days abroad.
Can you get a refund on MindSilence?
60-day window. The sales page, the shipping page and the on-page badge all promise a 365-day money-back guarantee, and the sales page says you can keep your supply. The Digistore24 order form window recorded at our earlier check was 60 days, and the form we opened for this review printed no window at all. We use 60 days as the contractual figure. The shipping page also says you pay the return shipping, which sits oddly with keeping the supply. Get the refund terms in writing from the order receipt before relying on the 365-day claim.

Which red flags did we find?
- Story with an unnamed expertThe formula is credited to "Dr. M", who is never named, in a first-person account by a character we could not verify.
- Countdown and scarcityA 30-minute timer, an "only 444 available" counter and a $69 price for "the first 500 orders" push a fast decision.
- Refund terms contradict365 days on the page, 60 days recorded on the Digistore24 form, and "keep your supply" next to "you pay return shipping".

Who should buy MindSilence, and who should skip it?
It may suit you if
- You want a multi-ingredient capsule with every amount stated, and you accept that it is not a proven tinnitus treatment.
- You have already had your hearing checked and want to try a low-dose supplement for a limited time, using the refund if it does nothing.
Skip it if
- You have ringing in only one ear, sudden hearing changes, dizziness or pulsing sounds. See a doctor promptly, since some causes need treatment.
- You take blood thinners, sedatives, sleep aids or medicines affecting the nervous system. Ginkgo, valerian and passion flower can interact with them.
- You are put off by pressure tactics such as timers, limited-stock counters and contradictory refund terms.
