Is The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide worth it?
Doesn't add up (4.4/10). The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide offers six chapters on why diets fail, calories, a foods list, exercise, mindset and a 60-day plan. The refund is 60 days and the seller has a postal address, which are real positives. The claims lean on words like natural, maximum and mastery with nothing behind them: no author, no page count, no sample. Treat it as a general read, not a plan.

Do the The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide claims hold up?
"Simple Exercise That Burns Maximum Fat"
Exercise raises energy use, but no routine burns fat in a special way. "Maximum" is a sales word, and the page gives no exercises or evidence.
"Mindset Habits of People Who Stay Slim"
Habits such as regular meals and sleep are linked to weight in research, but the page names no study and no habit.
"Advanced strategies and complete systems"
No system or method is shown. The phrase appears in two chapter titles and the description only.
"Guidance that typically costs $150+"
An unsourced anchor price for a book of unknown length.
How much does The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide really cost?
| Option | Total | Per month | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ebook (PDF + EPUB) | $37 | One-time | Instant download |
The ebook costs $37 once. The page says no subscription and no hidden fees. The Digistore24 order form we recorded charged $37.00 to a US address, and the German form showed the same $37.00 gross made up of a net price plus 7% VAT.
That is high for six chapters of unknown length from an unnamed author, when public health bodies publish free guidance on healthy weight. The 60-day refund lowers the risk but you must read the book and claim it in time.
Nothing is shipped. The PDF and EPUB files open on a download page right after payment, and a backup copy is emailed.
Can you get a refund on The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide?
60-day window. Digistore24 is the merchant of record. The order form we checked for product 716108 shows a 60-day refund window, and the FitLife Solutions page repeats a 60-day guarantee with a support email, so the two sources agree.
Step by step: find the Digistore24 order confirmation email, open Digistore24 support and look up the order at digistore24.com/support and ask for a refund in writing. Our Digistore24 refund guide covers returns, extra offers and auto-ship.
Which red flags did we find?
- Maximum fat wordingThe exercise chapter promises to burn maximum fat without saying how, a claim no routine can back up.
- No author or credentialsThe imprint names the business owner only. No dietitian, doctor or trainer is credited.
- Mastery label without contentThe page never shows material beyond a six-line chapter list.
- Shared template textThe description is the same across the seller's titles with the name dropped into generic sentences.
- Copied income disclaimerThe footer carries an earnings disclaimer about market conditions that is irrelevant to a weight loss guide.
Who should buy The Natural Weight Loss Solution Mastery Guide, and who should skip it?
It may suit you if
- You want a short, general read on diet habits and exercise and accept that it is not personalized.
- You will use the 60-day refund if the book is thin.
Skip it if
- You have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medicine that affects weight. Ask your doctor before changing diet or exercise.
- You want a plan with named foods, portions and exercises you can preview before paying.
- You have a history of disordered eating. A generic plan is not a safe fit.
