It sells a personalized 28-day Mediterranean meal plan with calorie targets, recipes, shopping lists and a tracker, admits that the studies it cites are about the eating pattern and not the program, and shows example profiles instead of fake customer results. Its weak spots are that it is brand new (legal pages dated September 2026), lists no named founder or credentials, and gives a Gmail address for support. A fair choice if you want structure and a plan; not a medical program.

The Olive Reset is a web app, not an ebook. You take a two-minute quiz on age, sex, height, weight, activity and food preferences, and it builds a 28-day Mediterranean-style plan: a daily calorie target, four meals a day with swap buttons, weekly shopping lists, a four-week walking plan, a weight tracker and eight short lessons. The page says the library holds 111 recipes and that vegetarian, vegan and several allergy filters are built in.
The method has three parts: the Reset Plate (half vegetables, a quarter protein, a quarter whole grains or legumes, olive oil on top), a personal calorie deficit capped at one to two pounds of loss a week and kept above a minimum, and a daily walk that builds from 15 minutes toward up to 45. There is no calorie logging.
The terms page names The Olive Reset in Veles, North Macedonia, as the provider. Payment goes through ClickBank as retailer. The page has no photos of a founder, and says so on purpose: "There is no famous face on this page".
