Is Power Kegels worth it?
Worth a look (5.3/10). Power Kegels is a one-time $37 video course that teaches pelvic floor (kegel) exercises for men, framed as a way to delay ejaculation and improve stamina in bed. The underlying idea has some real research behind it, but the sales page's headline promise, lasting 15 minutes or more from a 5-second trick, is far beyond what published pelvic floor rehabilitation studies have shown, which used weeks of guided exercise and produced much smaller gains. The course itself is cheap and comes with a 60-day refund, but the page names no instructor, therapist or company beyond a generic support address, and gives almost no detail about what the lessons actually contain before you buy.
What we liked
- Low one-time price ($37) compared with recurring supplement subscriptions
- 60-day refund window through ClickBank, matching the seller's own stated policy
- Instant digital delivery through a members area, nothing to ship
- Based on a real area of research (pelvic floor exercise for premature ejaculation), not an invented mechanism
What we didn't
- No instructor, therapist or company is named or credentialed on the sales page
- The "15 minutes or more" claim goes well beyond results seen in the type of clinical programs the idea is based on
- No transcript, outline or FAQ, so the actual lesson content is unknown before purchase
- Same seller runs several nearly identical $37 courses on unrelated topics using the same template
- No published research on this specific course
What is Power Kegels?
Power Kegels is sold as a digital training video that teaches men to identify and exercise the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, the same pelvic floor muscle involved in stopping urine flow, through a program the sales page calls a "5-second sex muscle trick." The page is a video sales letter with almost no supporting text: no transcript, FAQ or ingredient-style breakdown, just a single video and a buy button.
The headline claim is that the technique helps a man "last 15 minutes or more in bed." No instructor is named, no credentials are shown, and no study or clinical source is linked anywhere on the page. The site carries an 18+ warning and states that ClickBank is the retailer of record.
The product is delivered digitally through a members area at masterycourses.net, a support and login portal run by Webhealthsolutions LLC. That same company's terms of service list several near-identical $37 digital courses (Power Kegels, Breast Mastery, Vagina Mastery, Oral Education), all built around the same video-sales-letter format and priced identically, which suggests a templated product line rather than a program built specifically around one method.
Format: Digital video course delivered through a members area, one-time purchase. Sold by: Webhealthsolutions LLC (sold through ClickBank).
What do you get with Power Kegels?
This is a digital product, so there is no label to check. Here is what the sales page says you receive.
- One instructional video covering pelvic floor (kegel) exercises for men, described on the page as "Basic Conditioning"
- Access through an online members area (login handled at masterycourses.net)
- No workbook, app, physical materials or named bonus items are described on the sales page
Do the Power Kegels claims hold up?
"5-Second Sex Muscle Trick Helps Any Man Last 15 Minutes Or More In Bed"
Pelvic floor muscle exercise for premature ejaculation is a real area of urology research, but the published studies use structured, multi-week supervised rehabilitation, not a single 5-second trick. A commonly cited 2014 trial (Pastore et al., Therapeutic Advances in Urology) put 40 men through 12 weeks of pelvic floor rehabilitation and saw average time-to-ejaculation rise from about 40 seconds to about 2 minutes 26 seconds, well short of the 15 minutes advertised here. No study on this specific course was found.
The technique works for "any man"
The clinical trial behind this style of exercise only recruited men with lifelong premature ejaculation and excluded other causes of sexual difficulty. A blanket claim that it works for any man overstates what the research population and results support.
Implied clinical or expert backing from the serious, instructional tone of the sales video
No doctor, physical therapist, sex therapist or researcher is named or credentialed anywhere on the page. The video and product box are the only material shown before purchase.
How much does Power Kegels really cost?
| Option | Total | Per month | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power Kegels course | $37 | One-time | Instant digital access |
Power Kegels is a one-time purchase of $37 for permanent access to the video course. There are no bottles, no shipping and, on the checkout page we reached, no visible upsell added automatically to the $37 total (Cart Summary: Power Kegels Digital Product $37.00, Tax $0.00, Total $37.00).
That is inexpensive compared with most ClickBank supplements, which typically run $50 to $70 a month. Because it is a one-time fee for indefinite access to one short video course, the real question is not the price but how much instruction $37 actually buys, and the sales page gives very little indication of that before checkout.
The seller's own terms of service mention that other products in the same family are also priced at $37 as stand-alone offers, so this appears to be a fixed company-wide price point rather than a value set specifically for this course.
Nothing is shipped. The course is unlocked in an online members area right after payment.
Can you get a refund on Power Kegels?
60-day window. The ClickBank order form lists a standard 60-day return window, and the seller's own terms of service on masterycourses.net separately promise a full refund within 60 days of the purchase, requested through their contact form. The two match.
Step by step: find the ClickBank receipt email, look up the order at clkbank.com and ask for a refund in writing. Our ClickBank refund guide covers returns, extra offers and auto-ship.
Which red flags did we find?
- No instructor or company named on the sales pageThe page shows a video and a buy button. The seller behind it, Webhealthsolutions LLC, only appears in the fine print of a separate terms-of-service page on a different domain.
- Marketing claim far outruns the cited style of researchStructured 12-week pelvic floor programs in published trials raised average ejaculatory latency to roughly 2 to 2.5 minutes, not the 15 minutes promised from a "5-second trick."
- Templated product lineThe same company's terms of service list several unrelated $37 adult-education videos (Breast Mastery, Vagina Mastery, Oral Education) built on the same page format and price point, which points to a generic sales template rather than a program designed around this specific method.
- No text version or content previewThere is no transcript, FAQ or written outline of the lessons, so a buyer cannot see what the course actually teaches, step by step, before paying.
Who should buy Power Kegels, and who should skip it?
It may suit you if
- You want a low-cost, low-commitment way to learn pelvic floor exercises and are comfortable that the instruction comes from an unnamed source in a single video.
- You are comfortable using the 60-day refund if the course turns out to be thinner than expected.
Skip it if
- You want a program built and presented by a named urologist, pelvic floor physical therapist or sex therapist, since none is credited here.
- You have ongoing sexual difficulty, pain, or a possible medical cause. That deserves an evaluation from a doctor or pelvic floor specialist, not a $37 video.
- You want to see a course outline, sample lesson or written summary before paying. None is available on the sales page.

Power Kegels FAQ
Is Power Kegels legit?
It is a real digital course sold through ClickBank with a 60-day refund matching the seller's own terms of service, so it is not a scam in the sense of taking payment for nothing. The concern is the marketing: no instructor is named and the "15 minutes or more" promise goes far beyond what published pelvic floor research has shown.
How much does Power Kegels cost?
It is a one-time payment of $37 for the digital video course, with no shipping and no bundle pricing found on the order form we reached.
Does kegel training actually help with lasting longer?
Pelvic floor exercise has real research behind it for lifelong premature ejaculation, but published programs use structured, weeks-long, often supervised routines and reported average gains to roughly 2 to 2.5 minutes, not 15 minutes. No study on this specific course exists.
How do I get a Power Kegels refund?
Use the ClickBank receipt email to find your order number, then request a refund at clkbank.com within 60 days, or contact the seller directly through the support form at masterycourses.net/contact.
Who makes Power Kegels?
The course is delivered through a members portal at masterycourses.net, whose terms of service name Webhealthsolutions LLC as the company behind it. No individual instructor or clinician is credited on the sales page.
