Is Synaptigen worth it?
Doesn't add up (3.5/10). Synaptigen is a small probiotic tablet sold as a memory and focus formula. The Supplement Facts panel gives 100 mg of chicory inulin, a 20 mg probiotic blend at 3.5 billion CFU and 20 mg of Streptococcus salivarius, which is a real label, but the page never lists that last ingredient and never explains how a gut bacterium 'clears sugar buildup from neurons'. The meta-analysis we opened on probiotics, prebiotics and cognition found no significant effect on global cognition, and the site's own reference page, which we searched for probiotic, brain and memory terms, contains none of them. At $79 a month for two bottles, or $49 for six, we score it low on both evidence and value.

What is Synaptigen?
Synaptigen is a probiotic and prebiotic tablet the page says supports memory, focus and cognitive clarity. You let one tablet dissolve in your mouth or chew it slowly. The page says one a day, the label says one tablet once or twice daily, and a bottle holds 30 tablets.
The proposed mechanism is that it works 'by clearing sugar buildup from neurons', thereby supporting communication between brain cells. The page lists Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04, inulin, tricalcium phosphate, strawberry extract and peppermint extract, and calls the mix an optimally dosed proprietary formula.
It is sold through Digistore24 as a one-time purchase. The distributor on the label is Synaptigen with a Tallmadge, Ohio address, and the label shows GMP and FDA-registered-facility badges. There is no named doctor or scientist. The 6-bottle pack, said to be picked by 96% of customers, adds three ebooks on sleep, sharper thinking and memory tricks.
Format: Melt-in-mouth or chewable tablet, 30 per bottle, 1 a day on the page (1 to 2 a day on the label). Sold by: Synaptigen (sold through Digistore24).
What is on the Synaptigen label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
The label prints 100 mg of inulin and 20 mg of a probiotic blend, so the full tablet is about 140 mg of actives on the panel, while the page's brain claims rest on a mechanism it does not explain.
Do the Synaptigen claims hold up?

No study is cited for this mechanism, and the site's reference list has no entry about probiotics, neurons, memory or cognition.

The label has three probiotic strains and inulin, but the page's plant nutrients are just strawberry and peppermint flavor. The meta-analysis of probiotic and prebiotic trials found no significant cognitive effect.

A lifelong outcome cannot be shown by a supplement page, and a tablet with a 20 mg probiotic blend has no trial at all.

There is no single-bottle price. Two bottles cost $158, which is $79 a bottle and about $79 a month at one tablet a day. Three bottles are $207 ($69 a month) and six bottles with three ebooks are $294 ($49 a month). The crossed-out $358, $537 and $1074 prices are not real.
That is a high price for a tablet whose printed actives total about 140 mg, and the smallest purchase already locks you into $158. The vendor advises at least 3 months of use, which means at least $207.
Free shipping is included on the order form we checked. The refund window that our checkout data confirms is 60 days, so a 3-month trial goes beyond it. Buy the smallest pack and judge within the window.
The Digistore24 order form we checked in August 2026 showed the 2-bottle pack at $158.00 with $0.00 shipping. The vendor page says shipping is free inside the US in 5 to 7 working days and $15.95 to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Can you get a refund on Synaptigen?
60-day window. The Digistore24 checkout data gives a 60-day return window, but the sales page, FAQ and vendor refund page advertise 180 days. Because the two numbers differ, count on 60 days and ask the vendor to confirm 180 in writing. To claim, you email the vendor, send back ALL bottles, empty or not, with the packing slip to an address in Tallmadge, Ohio, and pay the return shipping; the vendor says refunds take 5 to 10 days after arrival.
