Is The Zoe Method worth it?

Doesn't add up (3.8/10). The Zoe Method is unusually transparent for a ClickBank offer: it names the company (Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC), the coach (Francesco Zen) and the founder (Andreea Mighiu), and it delivers real human coaching rather than a static PDF. The idea of adjusting training and nutrition to a woman's cycle and energy patterns has genuine research interest, though current trials describe the evidence as still unsettled rather than proven. The real problem is the money: $2,397 for three months of coaching is a very large sum, and the refund policy lets the seller deduct the value of onboarding and plan design almost immediately, so the advertised guarantee offers much less protection than the 30 or 60 day numbers on the page suggest.

What we liked

  • Named company (Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC), named coach and founder, unusual for a ClickBank offer
  • Real human coaching (onboarding call, personalized plan, periodic reviews, closing call), not a static PDF
  • Digital bonuses (Hormone Blueprint, Aligned Woman Journal) are kept permanently after the 3 months end
  • Clear, itemized description of what is included

What we didn't

  • $2,397 total, about $800 a month, is very expensive for a coaching product
  • Refund policy can deduct completed-service value, undercutting the advertised guarantee
  • 30-day guarantee on the sales page conflicts with ClickBank's 60-day order-form terms
  • Coach's awards and titles are not independently verifiable
  • Core claim (cycle-based periodization outperforms standard training) is still being tested in ongoing research, not established

What is The Zoe Method?

The Zoe Method is a three-month, fully online coaching program aimed at women, built around the idea that training, nutrition and recovery should adapt to hormonal and cycle-related changes rather than follow a generic plan. After purchase you book an onboarding call with the company's co-founder, Andreea Mighiu, and coach Francesco Zen then builds a personalized training and nutrition plan from that intake, with four plan adjustments over the three months.

Between human check-ins, an AI chat assistant called Mr Z (accessed at a separate site, askmrz.io) is available for day-to-day questions such as adjusting a workout on a tired day. The purchase also includes two digital extras kept permanently after the program ends: a 'Women's Hormone Blueprint' guide and a 6-month 'Aligned Woman Journal'.

The program is capped at 100 women per cohort and is positioned as a premium, high-touch service rather than a generic supplement or ebook. It is sold through ClickBank, which appears on the card statement and handles the initial 60-day dispute window; the seller's own longer refund terms are handled separately by email.

Format: 3-month personalized online coaching (training, nutrition, AI coaching app), pay in full or 3 monthly payments. Sold by: Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC (sold through ClickBank).

What do you get with The Zoe Method?

This is a digital product, so there is no label to check. Here is what the sales page says you receive.

  • Onboarding consultation with co-founder Andreea Mighiu
  • Personalized training and nutrition plan built by coach Francesco Zen
  • Four plan adjustments (reviews) over three months
  • Mr Z AI coaching assistant, 24/7 for the 3-month duration
  • Final review consultation
  • Women's Hormone Blueprint (digital guide, kept permanently)
  • Aligned Woman Journal, 6-month digital journal (kept permanently)

Do the The Zoe Method claims hold up?

"Adapts your training, nutrition, and recovery to your hormones, physiology, and lifestyle"

Research on cycle-phase periodized training exists, but a 2024 randomized-trial protocol from Karolinska Institutet published in Trials states plainly that 'evidence is lacking whether periodized exercise based on the menstrual cycle is beneficial', meaning the question this program is built around is still being tested, not settled.

Francesco Zen: '2019-2020 and 2020-2021 VIP Trainer of the Year, Washington DC' and 'Premio Eccellenza Italiana'

"30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee"

The seller's own Refund and Cancellation Policy lets it deduct the stated dollar value of services already delivered (starting at $500 for the first call and plan design) from any refund, which can turn a nominal money-back guarantee into a small partial refund once the program has started.

How much does The Zoe Method really cost?

OptionTotalPer monthShipping
Pay in full$2,397$799Digital delivery, nothing shipped
3 monthly payments of $799$2,397$799Digital delivery, nothing shipped

The Zoe Method costs $2,397 total, either as one payment or as three monthly payments of $799. We verified $2,397.00 on the actual ClickBank order form when paying in full, with no undisclosed fees added at checkout.

This is a genuinely expensive offer by any measure, let alone against typical ClickBank digital products that run $30 to $70. Spread over three months, it works out to roughly $800 a month for a program that includes a limited number of human touchpoints (an onboarding call, four written check-ins, and a closing call) plus daily access to an AI assistant.

Because the refund policy allows deducting already-delivered service value, the effective financial risk is front-loaded: the closer you are to your onboarding call and first plan, the less of the $2,397 you can expect back if you change your mind.

Nothing is shipped. Coaching, plan reviews and bonus guides are delivered by email, and day-to-day support runs through the separate Mr Z AI web app.

Can you get a refund on The Zoe Method?

60-day window. The sales page and the seller's own Refund & Cancellation Policy both advertise a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee', but the ClickBank order form (the actual purchase contract) states the standard ClickBank return window of 60 days, which is what we use here. More importantly, the seller's policy allows it to deduct the dollar value of any 'personalized services already completed and delivered' from a refund: the onboarding call ($150) and the personalized plan design ($350) alone total $500, and these happen in the first days after purchase, so a real refund after onboarding can be far smaller than the guarantee headline implies.

Step by step: find the ClickBank receipt email, look up the order at clkbank.com and ask for a refund in writing. Our ClickBank refund guide covers returns, extra offers and auto-ship.

Which red flags did we find?

  • Refund can be reduced to almost nothing after onboardingThe policy prices out each service piece (a $150 onboarding call, $350 plan design, $350 training strategy, and more) and can deduct all completed pieces from a refund, even though the coaching starts within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Guarantee window conflicts across three documentsThe sales page and the seller's refund policy say 30 days; the ClickBank order form, which is the actual contract, says 60 days.
  • Coach awards are unverifiableTwo 'Trainer of the Year' titles and an 'Italian Excellence Award' are named with no link, certificate, or third-party listing to check.
  • Very high price for an unproven personalization claim$2,397 is charged for a premise (cycle-based periodization beats standard coaching) that a 2024 clinical trial protocol says has not yet been demonstrated.

Who should buy The Zoe Method, and who should skip it?

It may suit you if

  • Women who want real one-on-one coaching input (not just a downloaded template) and can comfortably afford $2,397 for three months.
  • People who specifically want a program built around energy, cycle and recovery patterns and are willing to try it as an open research question rather than a proven method.

Skip it if

  • You are working with a tight budget: at roughly $800 a month, this is far more expensive than most online coaching or supervised gym programs.
  • You want a no-questions-asked refund; the seller's own policy can deduct hundreds of dollars in 'delivered service value' even if you cancel within the guarantee window.
  • You need independently verifiable credentials before trusting a coach; the awards cited here cannot be checked from the sales page.

The Zoe Method FAQ

Is The Zoe Method legit?

It is a real coaching service with a named company and coach, sold through ClickBank, and it delivers actual one-on-one calls and a personalized plan rather than nothing. The concern is not legitimacy but value and refund terms at a $2,397 price point.

How much does The Zoe Method cost?

$2,397 total for three months, payable in one payment or as three monthly payments of $799. We confirmed $2,397.00 on the live ClickBank order form.

What is the refund policy for The Zoe Method?

The sales page advertises a 30-day guarantee, the ClickBank order form states 60 days, and the seller's own policy can deduct the value of services already delivered (starting at $500 for the first call and plan) from any refund. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before buying, not just the guarantee badge.

Does cycle-based training actually work better?

It is an active area of research, but a 2024 clinical trial protocol from Karolinska Institutet states that whether periodizing training around the menstrual cycle is actually beneficial is still unproven. Treat the program as a plausible approach being tested, not a settled result.

Who is behind The Zoe Method?
