Is DentiCore worth it?
Doesn't add up (4.0/10). DentiCore is a daily chewable sold for teeth, gums and breath, and its label is half open: calcium, iodine, copper and chromium have printed amounts, but chlorella, sodium copper chlorophyllin, boron citrate and shilajit share a 120 mg proprietary blend with no split. The sales page explains gum health with an oxygen and airway-bacteria story that we found no study for, and the references list on the site is mostly about other topics such as strontium, wound care and fulvic acid marketing. The one relevant lab paper we opened tested chlorophyllin at higher concentrations in a dish, not in a tablet in a mouth. At $49 to $69 a month with a 60-day refund, it is priced like a serious product but evidenced like a hopeful one.

What is DentiCore?
DentiCore is a soft chewable tablet that the page says supports healthy teeth and gums, fresh breath and 'respiratory system support'. One bottle has 30 tablets and you take one a day with water, chewing it for 10 to 15 seconds or swallowing it whole. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription according to the FAQ.
The mechanism on the page is unusual. It says bacteria in the mouth travel down the respiratory tract and multiply with bacteria from the nose and airways, that this leads to poorer oxygenation of the gums, and that the plants and minerals in DentiCore nourish blood vessels and tissues so the teeth and gums stay strong. We found no study behind that chain of events.
The bottle is distributed by DentiCore in Aurora, Colorado, and sold through Digistore24, with an ingredient list of calcium, iodine, copper, chromium, chlorella, chlorophyllin, boron citrate and shilajit. The buying page recommends the 6-bottle pack, says 96% of customers choose it, and adds two ebooks on fresh breath and mouth ulcers, plus a 'surprise gift' that is not described.

What is on the DentiCore label?
Each row compares what the label or sales page states with what published research used. When an amount is missing, there is nothing to compare, and we say so.
The label prints four amounts but hides the four ingredients the page is built around inside one 120 mg blend, so the doses of chlorella, chlorophyllin, boron and shilajit cannot be judged.
Do the DentiCore claims hold up?
"Supports the proper oxygenation of the gums and tooth tissues"
No trial or reference we found shows that a tablet changes oxygen levels in the gums. The page's explanation involving airway bacteria is not supported by a cited study.
"A perfectly dosed proprietary blend of highly potent plants and minerals, supported by multiple clinical studies"
The label puts four ingredients into 120 mg with no split, so 'perfectly dosed' cannot be checked. The site's references are largely about strontium, boric acid on wounds, fulvic acid marketing and chlorella and exercise, not a trial of this tablet.
"Deep cleansing your airways of bad bacteria"
This describes an antibacterial effect in the airways. No evidence for it is presented, and a supplement cannot make disease claims.

Bad breath has many causes, mostly bacteria on the tongue and gums and usually best addressed by brushing, cleaning between teeth and seeing a dentist.

One bottle is $69, which is a 30-day supply at one tablet a day. Three bottles are $177 ($59 a month) and six bottles are $294 ($49 a month), and the 6-bottle pack includes two ebooks. The crossed-out prices ($99, $297, $594) are marketing anchors.
A single bottle gives you a low-risk way to test the product, but $69 for 30 chewables is high next to a decent multivitamin or a bottle of xylitol gum. The saving from six bottles is $20 a month, and it requires $294 up front.
The refund lasts 60 days from delivery and needs you to post the bottles back. If you plan the vendor's suggested 3 months, the 60-day window ends before you finish, so buy one bottle at a time.
The sales page marks every pack as free shipping inside the US, with delivery in 5 to 7 working days, and $15.95 for Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. The Digistore24 order form for the 6-bottle pack that we checked in August 2026 showed $294.00 with $0.00 shipping. We did not verify the 1-bottle and 3-bottle order forms.
Can you get a refund on DentiCore?
60-day window. The Digistore24 checkout data and the vendor refund page agree on 60 days from delivery. You email the vendor, send back ALL bottles, empty or not, with the packing slip to an address in Aurora, Colorado, and pay the return shipping. The vendor says the refund takes 5 to 10 days after the parcel arrives. Payment questions go to Digistore24 support.
